Site Manager -Dry Lining Contractor

TS Recruitment are actively working with a Dry Lining Contractor who are looking to add additional Site Managers due to company growth.

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

- Oversee drywall and ceiling packages on a Education project in Scunthorpe.

- Manage direct labour and sub-contractors offering technical advice when needed.

- Ensure paperwork is updated on BIM 360.

- Reporting into a Contracts Manager regularly update on site progress.

- Commercially aware and ensure the project is completed within budget.

- Attend Site Management meetings and update main contractors.

- Order materials and plant for site

- Carry out toolbox talks and ensure health and safety processes are followed

- Quality control responsibilities evidencing and uploading work on fieldwire

Company Details

- Project value £2 million

- Specialist drywall and ceilings contractor

- Work for leading main contractors in the region

- Work mainly on commercial projects including education and healthcare.

Knowledge/Experience:

- A strong technical knowledge on drywall and ceilings.

- SMSTS, CSCS and First aid qualifications

- Preferably a fixer by trade

- Good IT skills, preferably with experience on BIM 360, fieldwire and Microsoft packages

- A proven track record of delivering similar projects
