Project Manager
My client are seeking a Project Manager to run a new build healthcare project in Oxford from inception to completion. My client are a fit out and refurbishment main contractor who work similarly to D&B fit out contractors in their delivery.
Project Manager role would encompass planning, design and procurement of sub-contractors, whilst overseeing the commercials and managing the labour / work force. Responsibility for their own GP on the project in order to successfully deliver.
Experience in healthcare new build and fit out would be preferable.
SMSTS, CSCS & first aid would also be required.
Interview process to commence in September for an October start. Rates can be negotiated and will be dependant on experience
