Level 3 Nursery Nurse - Bromley - Full time positions available - from 85 a day - Immediate start

• Nursery Nurse required for Nursery based in and around Bromley
• Nursery Nurse required for immediate start
• Long term and ad hoc Nursery Nurse positions available
• Nursery Nurse must have a Level 3 qualification
• Nursery Nurse must have experience
• Nursery Nurse must have clean DBS on the update service
• Nursery Nurse must be available to work from 8am-6pm mon-fri

About the Nursery

This Nursery is a vibrant and nurturing environment where every child is valued and encouraged to explore, learn, and grow. This nursery is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months - 5 years old. We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join this Nursery and contribute to the positive experience of children in the nursery.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the nursery. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, implementing the curriculum, and creating a fun and engaging environment. The nursery values each child's individual needs, and the Level 3 Nursery Nurse is essential in helping each child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support the developmental needs of children in the nursery.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment within the nursery.
• Observe and assess the progress of each child, maintaining accurate records for the nursery.
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
• Engage with parents and carers to provide regular feedback on their child's progress at the nursery.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the nursery.
• Promote positive behaviour and social interaction among children in the nursery.
• Follow the nursery's policies and procedures to ensure the health and safety of all children.
• Personal Care
• Assisting with meal times

Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the nursery's mission.
• Clear DBS on the update service
