Experienced Cover Supervisors Medway Secondary Schools

Supply Desk are excited to offer experienced Cover Supervisors the opportunity to work with a range of Ofsted-rated Good and Outstanding secondary schools across Medway. These schools provide a vibrant and supportive atmosphere for both students and staff, encouraging everyone to achieve their best. We are proud to have strong, long-standing partnerships with these schools, allowing us to offer both long-term and short-term placements.

We are currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors who can confidently cover lessons across secondary key stages, starting immediately. If you have a dynamic and engaging approach, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to build rapport with students, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects, ensuring students are actively engaged and completing their work
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and respectful learning environment
• Maintain the safety and welfare of students during lessons and throughout the school day
• Record and report any incidents or concerns in line with school policy

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor in UK secondary schools is essential
• Strong classroom management and the ability to engage students across key stages
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to process one
• Able to provide two recent references covering the last two years of employment
