Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: Full-time, Long-term

Pay: Dependent on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students

Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Support students with their academic and personal development

Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources

Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

Participate in school events and extracurricular activities

Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parentsRequirements:

A graduate degree in any discipline

Passion for education and a desire to make a difference

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible approach

Previous child-based experience is preferred but not required
