Job Description

A main contractor is recruiting a Sub Agent for a specialist project in Plymouth constructing a new dock. The business is a multi-discipline company with projects upwards of 500m across several divisions including highways, building and rail however they also have a secure flow of work from frameworks for local authorities, National Highways, water companies and the Environment Agency.

Sub Agent duties include:

• Support the engineering team with solutions to technical challenges
• Writing risk assessments and method statements
• Manage quality assurance documentation
• Assist in production and integration of 3-week programmes
• Manage designs from the inhouse and external designers
• Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
• Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process
• Managing RFI's and Technical Queries

The successful candidate will join a long term contract assignment.
