We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a tier 1 fit out contractor for a national role - first being placed in Cumbria.

The Project is valued circa 7M and is on a secure site so a DBS and Level 1 Security clearance is required.

• Works consists of the installation of modular unit blocks, single stacked, and new external hardscape, and landscape areas. Additionally, a series of Ancillary units will be installed.
• Rapid deployment cell units are to site on concrete plinths which are tied into ground beams.
• Gravity fed drainage system inclusive of attenuation tank.
• New mechanical plant room
• Each RDC cell is fed by a dedicated feeder pillar.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

• Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
• Able to travel nationwide
• Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
• Fieldview Experience
• Not necessary but experience in delivering prison fit outs is preferential
• Major experience in M+E
• Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• DBS, Level 1 Security Clearance, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
