Job Description

ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant who is able to cover full time in a long-term vacancy based in a lower Key Stage 2 setting. This will be based in a primary school in Telford to start from September 2024.

The role
This role will include:

• Full-time work on a long-term basis with the school.
• Scheduled to work from 08:30-15:30.
• To start from the beginning of Autumn Term, start date can be flexible for late applicants.

The school
This will be based at a two-form entry primary school based in the Telford area.

Requirements
To be considered for the KS2 Teaching Assistant position, you will:

• Be a confident and positive influence on a working environment.
• Must have previous experience working in a Key Stage 2 setting.
• Any applicants for this role will ideally have a childcare qualification, however any applicants with relevant experience to this role will also be able to apply.
• Be willing to commit to full time hours.
• Be able to gain references from relevant roles from the last 2 years.
• Be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
