About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the educational journey of young learners in their formative years. As an EYFS Teacher, you will be instrumental in creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals and engage with families to support the holistic development of each child.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role to ensure high-quality teaching and compliance with education standards.
• Experience in Early Years Education: Prior experience teaching EYFS is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to work effectively with young children.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creative and Enthusiastic: A passion for early years education and a flair for developing engaging learning activities.
• Commitment to Inclusion: Experience or willingness to work with children from diverse backgrounds and varying abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and Delivering Lessons: Design and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans that cater to the needs of all children in your class.
• Supporting Individual Needs: Provide tailored support to children, including those with additional needs, to help them achieve their potential.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
• Fostering a Positive Learning Environment: Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and a love for learning.
