Administrator required to join a client who are critical to the supply chain of the financial service sector. The Administrator will play pivotal role as part of a site-based team ensuring the smooth running and efficient handling/coordinating customer orders working alongside the Warehouse Manager.
Administrator’s Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining emails and queries from clients (queries are around deliveries and stock related items).
Working in the Warehouse Facility handling orders via email alongside the Warehouse Manager.
Maintaining client relationships with customers and vendors.
Administrator’s Requirements:
Computer Literate – Excel (Basic) Office 365.
Communication skills both verbally and written/email.
Time management and highly organised.
Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
General understanding of stock/inventory would be an advantage.
