TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Maidstone and surrounding areas. They are looking for experienced Plumbers to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract.

MAIN DUTIES

* Responsive property maintenance. plumbing and associated trades.

* Kitchen and bathroom fitting and associated trade work.

* Pipe fitting.

* Wet rooms.

* Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.

* To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.

* Support all trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service.

* Wet and dry plumbing tasks.

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-time.

Pay: £160 Per day. with van & fuel card provided

£180 per day using own vehicle

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

* NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent

* Multi trade experience

* Full current driving licence.

* No spent or unspent criminal convictions (basic DBS certificate) & basic Asbestos Awareness certificate. – Both can be completed upon offer of position
