Site Manager - Sawbridgeworth
ITS Recruitment Agency are looking for construction Site Manager for the start in Sawbridgeworth. You will be working for a national builder from start to finish on bespoke houses, making sure there's always a high end finish throughout.
The role of a Site Manager:
Taking control of ordering materials
Making sure the contractors on site for Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Tilling, Plastering etc are working to the drawings and at the high spec as required
The CM / PM will over see this with you due to the size of each plot
Monday to Friday and SaturdaysRequirements for the Handy Person:
SMSTS and 1st Aid cards are essential
