Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Rate: £18.29 per hour
Location: Aldershot
Contract: 6-9 Months (with potential for permanent position)
Hours: Full-Time (37 hours per week)
Are you an experienced administrator with a knack for organisation and detail?
Our client is seeking a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join their team for a 6-9 month contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various office operational duties
Manage and report on deliveries
Handle invoicing and payment organization
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Conduct photocopying tasks
Track and manage data using Excel
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Proven administration experience
Proficiency in IT and office software
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
