Job Description

Our client is a well-respected small sized Main Contractor that operate within the Education, healthcare and additional public sector sectors specialising in delivering external and internal and refurb projects.

Our client is looking to recruit a Site Manager for 40 weeks to oversee a 3 sites managing the stone work refurbishments across buildings within Greenwich. The scope of works is to oversee the external stone works.

The Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the full management of 3 sites within Greenwich. Being the first point of contact for the visiting contracts manager and the client. The scope of works will include small to large works to the stone facades

Key responsibilities

* Full management of the internal trades with a key focus on the quality of delivery

* Progress reporting to the visiting contracts manager

* Liaising and updating the client

* All aspects of Health and safety

* Weekly site meetings

You Must have experience of delivering projects as a number 1 site manager and specifically on facades (stone works).

You will have a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
