Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Sheffield
Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
• Pay Rate: 174 to 292 Per Day (Inside IR35)
• Schedule: Rotational Shifts

A leading Telecom business based in Sheffield is urgently seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries, assisting with and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Requirements:

• Strong prior experience in a customer service role is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for assisting others.
• BPSS Clearance: Eligible to obtain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard)
