Salary: 85 - 90 per day

Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners? We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and dynamic primary school in Henbury, Bristol. This role offers a competitive daily rate and the opportunity to contribute positively to a nurturing educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing support to students.
• Work with individual or small groups of students to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Support students with diverse needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Help create a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in primary schools, ideally as a Teaching Assistant.
• A strong understanding of the primary education curriculum and classroom practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, proactive, and empathetic approach to supporting students.
