An Ofsted "Good" Primary School based in Soham, Cambridgeshire are looking to expand their support team and bring in an experienced Teaching Assistant to support across the classroom. There is plenty of support from senior leadership, great opportunity for progression, and always someone to lend an ear. Pupils here are eager to learn, and there is an abundance of resources to support with their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Differentiate and approach learning in an alternative way
• Support the teachers to create engaging activities and lessons
• Help create a nurturing learning environment for all
• Assist with behaviour management

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• A passion for education and helping others achieve
• Strong communication
• Ability to work as a team
• Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures
