Are you a passionate and qualified teacher looking for flexible day-to-day supply work in primary schools? We are seeking a dedicated supply teacher to join our team, covering lessons across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) in Cradley Heath.

Position: Supply Teacher

• Location: Primary Schools in Cradley Heath
• Contract: Day-to-Day Supply
• Key Stages: KS1 & KS2

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Confidence and experience in teaching across both KS1 and KS2.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and year groups.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
