About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to work within our paediatric team, providing assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children with a variety of communication and swallowing difficulties. You will collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals to support children in developing essential communication skills. This role is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication needs.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
* Provide support for children with a wide range of conditions, including autism, developmental delay, speech sound disorders, and feeding/swallowing difficulties.
* Work closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and outcomes.
* Provide education and training to parents, schools, and other professionals on communication strategies.

About You:
* Recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
* HCPC registration.
