Civils Supervisor Rail

As the Civils Supervisor you will play a key role supporting the Construction Manager in delivering signalling civils works within budget, safely and within set timescales.

As an Civils Supervisor we need someone who can Supervise staff and contractors delivering signalling installation activities.

Monitor works on a daily basis for safety, quality and productivity.

Support allocated resource with experience and technical solutions.

Ensure staff have the required plant and equipment fit for use

Undertake planning of works, production of site paperwork in compliance with company, project and client requirements.

Identify and propose possessions, contribute to the planning process &attend possession meetings when required.

Monitor site for safe working practices and potential risks, challenging poor behaviours and unsafe acts.

Effectively communicate task requirements to staff incompliance with the company EHS policies and AZDP.

Complete material ordering documentation as required.

Process work sheets and support the production of RAMS.

Carry out site audits &inspections, tool inspection, vehicle inspection, team briefing and risk assessments.

The successful candidate must have the following skills, qualifications & experience:

Team Leaders IRSE Licence.

Good communication skills.

Knowledge of Irish Rail group standards.

Knowledge of risk assessment process.

Experience of industry related Health, Safety &Environmental courses.

Computer literate in Microsoft Excel/Word.
