Role Description

This is a full time on-site role as a HR Advisor working 40 hours per week to cover maternity leave until November 2025, located in Kingston Upon Hull.

As our HR Advisor you will work as an integral part of the HR team to provide operational support to line managers and employees.

As well as generalist advice, you’ll be our go to person for co-coordinating all aspects of recruitment activity from initial attraction to on-boarding new employees and giving them a great welcome to the company. You’ll also be responsible for gathering and analysing people related data for the business to help drive decisions and be proactive in our HR offer.

Qualifications / Experience

* Experience supporting managers with people related practices, experience of co-coordinating recruitment processes and analysing data to help drive people decisions

* Strong communication skills

* Strong organisation and administration skills

* CIPD qualification or working towards is desirable

* Experience in manufacturing is a plus

Hours of Work

* Mon - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm

* Friday 8.00am - 2.00pm

Plus incentive of bonus for completion of maternity cover term
