Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Enfield, EN1 | Pay: £90 - £105 per day | Contract: Full Time | Start Date: ASAP

We are partnering with an inclusive primary school in Enfield, seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join their support team. The school has a significant number of students with special educational needs (SEN), so the role will primarily involve providing 1:1 support to students requiring additional help.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer one-on-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs.

Engage SEN students and encourage their participation in classroom activities.

Assist with reading, writing, and other key learning tasks.

Support the class teacher in lesson planning and classroom management.Ideal Candidate:

A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience working with children (school experience is desirable but not essential).

Strong understanding of special educational needs.

A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of students.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.This role is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in education, with opportunities for career progression.
