Job Description

We are recruiting for a HVAC Technical Support & Design Specialist to join a Global company based in Watford on a temp-to-perm basis.

This position would suit someone with experience within HVAC this could be on-site experience or office-based. The role is an office-based opportunity which involves providing technical support for both project design and products to customers. Full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who is available to work ASAP.

Monday to Friday office hours, hybrid working (2- 3 days in the office and the rest from home)

Free on-site parking

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity paying the hourly rate equivalent of up to £37,000pa

Duties to include:

Provide technical support for project design and products to customers

Maintain reports on frequent product or design issues and filter these issues through to the designers

Provide phone-based support to installers

Support with product-based training to project leads

Accurately record data on the CRM system

Develop and maintain knowledge of products, applications, standards, and legislative aspects relevant to the business.Candidate requirements:

NVQ or Degree qualified or work experience within Mechanical Engineering/Building Services/ Plumbing or a relevant study.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Excellent IT skills including MS Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
