FINISHING SITE MANAGER REQUIRED!

Net Temps Limited is recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a temporary basis for one of our clients.

The Client:

The client is a Building and Construction firm who is currently operating on several projects across the UK, including many new build housing sites.

The Opportunity:

Working as a Site Manager you will be based on the current site they have in Humberston, Grimsby for a 3-4 weeks. Candidates will be required to have a background in Building and Construction, especially housing projects.

Duties:

As a Site Manager, you will be expected to supervise workers on site, mainly finishers and workers undertaking snag works. And overseeing the project handover.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:

The client requires a Site Manager who is able to work in Humberston, Grimsby. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

• MUST have SMSTS and First Aid
• REQUIRED to have a background in Building and Construction
• MUST have ability to get to Humberston, Grimsby
• REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)
• MUST have working reference
• MUST have the right to work in the UK

Pay:

Day rate is 240
