The Role

As a Year 6 teacher, you will play a pivotal role in preparing our pupils for the exciting transition to secondary school. You will lead a key stage in their academic and personal development, delivering engaging lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities and learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Track and assess student progress, providing feedback to pupils and parents.
• Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team to ensure consistent educational standards.
• Prepare students for SATs, ensuring they are confident and well-prepared.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Have experience teaching Year 6.
• Be enthusiastic, creative, and able to inspire young minds.
• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Be committed to raising pupil achievement and promoting well-being.
