BILLING ADVISOR

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Billing Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Cardiff.

ROLE: Billing Advisor

SALARY: 14 p/h, circa 27,000 per annum (PAYE)

JOB TYPE: 4 months with extension likely

LOCATION: Pontprennau, Cardiff Gate (CF23)

HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working - currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position.

THE ROLE:

• To manage customer billing workflow.
• Creating, sending, and tracking invoices.
• Managed data entry, ensuring accuracy of data, and maintained customer accounts.
• Processed payments accurately and promptly and reconciled accounts receivable records.
• Answering customer emails and the occasional customer telephone call.
