About the role - HR Assistant

I am working with this mainstream secondary school in Enfield who are looking to appoint a HR Assistant to start with them as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be working with in the HR Department and dutoes will include:

General duties will include:

Assisting with general employee processes such as hiring, recruiting, vetting candidates and assisting with interviews

Compiling and organising papers, digital employment records such as holidays and sick pay and payroll queries

Supporting HR related training programs and workshops

Writing and submitting reports on general HR daily activities

Sitting in HR events and meetings, as well as coordinating management employee meetings

About the school - 1:1 teaching assistant

This multi-ethnic and multi-cultural, secondary school based in Enfield support a total of 814 students aged 11 to 16. The school has a provision for 25 pupils with profound, severe, and multiple learning difficulties which is supported by a specialist PMLD team of teachers and support staff.
