3 Days Per Week On-Site (London)

3 Months W/ Extension

We are looking for a experience Scrum Master to join one of our Central Government clients for a project in the AWS environnment. 

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum methodologies

Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement

Manage project backlogs and assist in sprint planning and execution

Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization

Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders

Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions

Monitor and report on team progress, metrics, and overall project health

Manage risks and escalate issues when necessaryRequired Qualifications

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in government or public sector projects

SC Clearance

Experience working on high-sensitivity projects within government

Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience dealing with ministers and high-level government officials

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework

Strong leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
