Job Title: Site Supervisor (Mechanical and Electrical)
Location: Various sites
Pay: c 280 per day

Position Overview:
My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in mechanical and electrical (M&E) services. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and facilities management for a designated site, ensuring the seamless functionality of all M&E systems. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage teams and contractors effectively to ensure compliance, safety, and optimal performance of building services.

Project Summary:
The design, installation, and commissioning of an intelligent monitoring system, monitoring intelligently key plant such as Generators, UPS Modules, Switchgear, Chillers, AHUs, DFUs, Dampers etc. all installed to obtain key control information, flagging operational issues to our site management team responsible for the site.
The FMS monitoring system will be comprised of multiple layers of hardware and software to provide a fully operational and fit for purpose monitoring system.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of M&E systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building infrastructure.
Ensure the site adheres to health and safety standards, legislation, and company policies.
Act as the primary point of contact for site-related matters and liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Maintenance Oversight:
Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and reactive maintenance of all M&E systems.
Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of work.
Ensure that all maintenance activities are logged, tracked, and documented.

Team Supervision:
Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
Allocate work tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to ensure skill growth and compliance with industry standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or building services, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of M&E systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and general building services. Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) is desirable.
