New urgent role working with one of our major UK residential developers on a 6 month contract starting asap!

Applicants must have a strong understanding managing external packages such as hard/soft landscaping, 278 works, drainage & child play areas within major UK residential developments.

This role will be interviewing immediately with the view to start asap.

The role:

• Management with sub contractors and liason with site teams
• Overseeing all quality assurance documentation on site
• Ensuring high standards of H&S are kept on site
• Attend weekly progress meetings
• Candidates need to be methodical and detail driven
• Clear communication skills

Requirements:

• A strong understanding of new build volume residential projects for residential developers
• Comfortable managing hard/soft landscaping, 278 works, drainage and other extenal packages
• Must have an in date CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets
