Site Manager - Bath

Job Overview:
Options Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager in Bath to start ASAP for a 10 week contract.

Duties:
- Supervise and manage all on-site activities, including co-ordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including quality control, progress monitoring, and resource allocation.

-Manage the installation of a new mezzanine floor, new electric and data install, and general refurb of the site.
- Implement and enforce site policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to meet deadlines and financial targets accordingly.

Requirements:

- Valid certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are mandatory.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure
