We are looking for an experienced construction/operations manager within residential property management.

You will be working on desin and build contracts across 5 residential towers.

Key responsiblities are;

Resident relocation and support
Post-completion aftercare
Pre-works coordination
Void works
Contractor and Service Coordination
Heath and Safety Compliance
Stakeholder engagement
Project support

You will be working closely with and taking direction from the Programme Manager and Project Manager, ensuring that the project aligns with overall objectives and timelines. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards is essential.

This will be an ongoing contract until at least the new year.
