General Foreman- RC Frame

I am looking for a Foreman/Construction Manager for a project in Liverpool that has just started.

This contract opportunity should last at least 12 months and you'll be working for a renowned RC frame specialist.

My client is responsible for the groundworks, substructure and superstructure and needs a driven individual with a shuttering carpentry background ideally.

The successful applicant will have at least 5 years experience with a reinforced concrete structures subcontractor and will be able to manage and motivate the trades on site whilst keeping an eye on safety and quality.

The project itself is a large apartment complex and you will be responsible for 3 blocks that are being built- my client is particularly busy now and going forward so this could turn into something more long-term.
