Clerk of Works
Our client is a leading developer with a solid track record of delivering first class residential projects.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Clerk of Works for their mixed-use residential development in North London.
The project consists of a collection of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, a hotel and arts centre.
This will be on a Fixed Term contract basis for a period of 12 months.
Duties include but not limited to:
Monitor and inspect the progress of all work elements
Ensure compliance with contract documents and regulations, codes of practice and British standards
Produce a daily diary recording progress
Regularly report and provide support to Project Management
Identify defects and raise non conformance reports The package includes -
Basic salary from £61-80k (DOE)
24 days annual leave
40-hour week
