We are delighted to be working with a Software company with decades of experience. They are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on a 12-month FTC to join their team full time. This role is hybrid and will be based in Cambridge with occasional travel to London.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Typical duties include:
* Emailing customers and dealing with incoming calls
* Negotiating fees
* Assisting with enquiries from customers
* Dealing with B2B and B2C customers
* Working with the sales team to identify new expansion opportunities
* Reporting to the head of sales
* Upselling/cross-selling
* Keeping a good level of administration
* Liaise with internal stakeholders
Candidate specification:
* Experience working within a sales environment
* Ability to work with CRMs
* Great IT skills (Office 365)
* Be methodical and precise in your working
* Have knowledge of Sales and Renewals processes
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
