Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with SEN and other learning needs

Assist the class teacher with daily classroom tasks and activities

Work closely with the SENDCO and other teaching assistants to support the students' progress

Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster a supportive learning environment

Lead intervention groups to support students who need extra help

Help in classroom management and create an inclusive learning environment for all childrenAbout You:

You have a strong passion for working with children and supporting their learning

You have experience working with children, particularly those with SEN

You are empathetic, patient, and able to build positive relationships with children
