Trades Supervisor

Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire

22 - 25 per hour

Temporary ongoing contract

Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week

Sellick Partnership Ltd are working alongside an established housing association to assist with the recruitment of a Trades Supervisor to join one of our Staffordshire based clients on a temporary ongoing contract

Duties for the Trades Supervisor include:

• Managing a team of Property Services Engineers to deliver service requirements, including planning workloads
• Ensuring that properties are repaired to the companies lettable standard and returned to the lettings team ready to let in the shortest time possible
• Conducting pre and post inspections
• Monitoring and directly controlling the use of other resources including materials, plant, vehicles, hand held devices
• Operating and maintaining safety management systems in accordance with the requirements of companies Health & Safety policies

The ideal Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor candidate will have:

• Previous experience with management of Trades staff
• Full driving licence
