Site Engineer - Structures (Night Shift, Leeds, £450 Inside IR35)

Rate: £450 per shift (Inside IR35)

Duration: Minimum 6 months

Shift: Night Shift

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Structures) to join a major infrastructure project in Leeds. This is a long-term night shift role (6 months minimum), overseeing structural works, ensuring quality, and maintaining site safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution - Oversee structural works, ensuring adherence to plans.

Setting Out & Surveying - Conduct leveling, setting out, and quality checks.

Health & Safety Compliance - Ensure safe working practices and regulatory compliance.

Quality Assurance - Supervise material testing, inspections, and work standards.

Stakeholder Coordination - Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers.Requirements:

Experience in structural engineering (bridges, highways, rail, or similar).

Previous night shift experience preferred.

Proficient in setting out, surveying, and QA processes.

CSCS card required; SMSTS or TWC advantageous.
