About the Role: One Way or Another Ltd is partnering with a government organisation seeking a User-Centred Design Professional to support their digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering service design and user research at scale

* Supporting in-house design and research capabilities

* Ensuring accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2)

* Working within multi-disciplinary Agile teams

* Designing services for complex, emotional subjects

Essential Requirements:

* Experience in government service design

* Knowledge of GDS standards and assessments

* Proven track record in accessible service delivery

* Strong Agile/SAFe framework experience

* Ethics-focused research background

Desirable:

* Experience with vulnerable users in legal/court settings

* GOV UK content management experience

* Complex operational organisation background

Perfect for:

* Early-mid career service designers
