Site Engineer - Structures (Night Shift, Leeds, 450 Inside IR35)
Rate: 450 per shift (Inside IR35)
Location: Leeds
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Shift: Night Shift

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Structures) to join a major infrastructure project in Leeds. This is a long-term night shift role (6 months minimum), overseeing structural works, ensuring quality, and maintaining site safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Execution - Oversee structural works, ensuring adherence to plans.
• Setting Out & Surveying - Conduct leveling, setting out, and quality checks.
• Health & Safety Compliance - Ensure safe working practices and regulatory compliance.
• Quality Assurance - Supervise material testing, inspections, and work standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination - Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers.

Requirements:

• Experience in structural engineering (bridges, highways, rail, or similar).
• Previous night shift experience preferred.
• Proficient in setting out, surveying, and QA processes.
• CSCS card required; SMSTS or TWC advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
