Year 3 Teaching Assistant - The Role

• Full-time position (Monday - Friday)
• Support the Year 3 class teacher with general classroom activities
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to support learning
• Help manage classroom behaviour and engagement
• Contribute to a positive and stimulating learning environment

Year 3 Teaching Assistant - Requirements

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is essential
• Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum and classroom dynamics
