Position: Mental Health Practitioner

Specialisation: Chorley CMHT   

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm  

Pay Rate: £27ph + sign up bonus!

Responsibilities: 

To be responsible for managing a small caseload in the community.

Take detailed notes of each patient visit, liaise with colleagues & other services when required.

Conduct risk assessments for self-harm, harm to others, or vulnerability to exploitation.

Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Qualifications and Requirements:

Fully enhanced valid DBS

Must have a Mental Health Nursing degree.

Community experience IS NOT required.

Must have 6 months post qualification experience.Benefits:

£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
