Tempeo, the official recruitment partner of Northampton Town Football Club, is seeking passionate and talented Sous Chefs to join the catering team at the iconic Sixfields Stadium. About the Role:

As Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in both the preparation and service of high-quality food within a busy contract catering environment. You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard, adhering to set recipes and specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station, ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations.
• Working effectively as part of a team, contributing to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
• Delivering exceptional food and service to guests, contributing to a positive customer experience.
• Working across different sections of the kitchen as required.
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with:

• Proven experience as an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef or above.
• A passion for food and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate (desirable).
• Experience in a contract catering environment.
• Must be able to work at the Weekend
