HR Advisor

My Client is currently looking for an HR Advisor for and initial 6-month contract based in Gloucester.

Rate of pay: 29.50 ph inside IR35 via and umbrella company

Term: 6 months, extendable

Hybrid: At least one day a week in Gloucester

The HR Advisor will have the following experience:

This will be leading on a complex restructure ensuring compliance with internal and statutory legal obligations and ensuring employees feel informed and involved in the process. Candidates must have proven recent experience in this field.
They must be confident in using SharePoint and Microsoft packages.
Candidates must have CIPD at Level 5 or above and experience of managing restructure projects within the public sector.
Must have up to date employment law knowledge and be values driven and able to lead a restructure process.
