Site Manager (Nights) – Fit-Out Project – Central London

Duration: 6-8 Weeks

Location: Central London

Shift: Night Shift

Project: Ministry of Justice Office Fit Out

Rate: Excellent Rates Available

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the night-time installation of data cabling on a major fit-out project in Central London. This exciting project will deliver a state-of-the-art Tribunal Centre featuring 30 modern hearing rooms for the Ministry of Justice.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all night works and site activities.

*

Manage and monitor health & safety procedures on-site.

*

Supervise subcontractors and ensure the quality of all installations.

*

Ensure works are delivered on time and in line with project milestones.

*

Provide regular progress and H&S reports.

*

Promote and maintain a strong site safety culture.

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Proven experience in managing fit-out projects, ideally with data cabling or M&E elements.

*

Strong planning and organisational skills.

*

Confident in reporting and documentation, with strong numeracy and writing skills.

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

*

Self-motivated and capable of working independently on night shifts.

Essential Certifications:

CSCS Card (Black or White)

*

SMSTS

*

Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme (SEATS)

*

First Aid at Work (3-day course)

*

Fire Management Training
