We are looking for an Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant to support students across Key Stages 3–5, providing tailored one-on-one or small group support. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in helping learners with autism thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualised support to students with autism
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
• Work closely with SENCOs and outside professionals
• Monitor and record student progress and behaviour
• Foster a safe, respectful, and positive classroom environment

• Experience as a teaching assistant in a secondary or SEN setting
• Knowledge of autism and effective support strategies
