Streamline Recruitment is searching for HGV1 (C+E) drivers on behalf of our customer based in Stanford-Le-Hope, Essex.

General details & requirements:

• This will be night trunking work, usually starting between 16:00-22:00.
• Shifts will generally be Monday to Friday, with some occasional weekend shifts available.
• There will sometimes be day work available as well, so please get in touch if this is something you re interested in.
• In addition to driving conventional artic vehicles, candidates must also be willing to drive wagon & drag vehicles if required full training will be provided by the customer.
• You must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
• You will be required to pass an assessment.
• We will need to provide our customer with a 5 year work history.

Candidates must have the following documents:

• UK C+E licence ideally with 1 year of practical experience but new drivers are also welcome to apply.
• UK Digital tachograph card
• UK CPC card

Payment information:

Please note this position is PAYE only:

• Monday to Sunday, first 8 hours - £20.17
• Overtime after 8 hours - £23.88
• 6th Day - £28.65
• Night Shift allowance - extra £11.04 per shift
• Minimum 8 hours guaranteed
• A 1 hour break will be deducted after the minimum hours worked
• Weekly payments every Friday
