Teaching Assistant - North Birmingham

Location: North Birmingham
Position: Teaching Assistant
Start: ASAP
Type: Full-time
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri, Term Time)
Pay: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with lesson delivery and student engagement.
Support small group or one-to-one work, especially with SEN students.
Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Supervise children during break times and lunch.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children (school or similar setting).
Passion for supporting young learners.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) preferred but not essential.
Up-to-date Safeguarding training (Prospero can provide this).
