EYFS Supply Teacher

Start Date: 28th April 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Minimum 4 Weeks (Potential for Extension)
Location: South Elmsall, Wakefield
Pay: Competitive, Dependent on Experience
Role Type: Supply via PK Education

PK Education are working in partnership with a welcoming 2-form entry primary school located near South Elmsall, Wakefield, to recruit a passionate and committed EYFS Teacher to join their team from Monday 28th April. This is a full-time supply role initially for 4 weeks, with the possibility of extending further.

The Role:

You ll be stepping into a well-structured Early Years setting within a supportive and collaborative school environment. All planning is provided, so your focus will be on delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting the development of the youngest learners!

Due to the age group, support with personal care may be required, so a caring and proactive attitude is essential.

About You:

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic teacher who:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Has recent teaching experience in KS1, and ideally EYFS/Foundation Stage
• Is confident managing a classroom and delivering pre-planned lessons
• Is compassionate, flexible, and willing to support with personal care when needed
• Can build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
