Position: Supply Teaching Assistant (SEND)
Pay: 90- 100 per day

The Role:
Are you a positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEND)? Join us as a Supply SEND TA and enjoy the flexibility of working in a range of supportive and dynamic SEND schools across the Hillingdon area. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting SEND pupils both 1:1 and in small group settings
• Adapting quickly to different classrooms and teaching styles
• Encouraging student engagement and creating a positive learning atmosphere
• Collaborating with teaching staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Helping to develop pupils' social and emotional skills while promoting their overall well-being

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEND (preferred)
• A passion for supporting the development and education of pupils with additional needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to changing situations
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEND (desirable but not essential)
